This isn’t just a business, it’s a reflection of what we believe in. EvidenceFit was created by Nicole S. Richmond, PhD, whose passion lies at the intersection of research, movement, and practical application. With a Master’s degree in Exercise Science focused on human performance, and a PhD in Health Sciences focused on Musculoskeletal Health, Dr. Richmond has spent years studying how the body adapts, performs, and responds to training.
Her journey into founding EvidenceFit began with a simple but important realization: too many people are navigating fitness based on misinformation, trends, or incomplete knowledge. Despite the abundance of research available, very little of it is translated in a way that is both accessible and actionable.
Dr. Richmond founded EvidenceFit on the belief that science should be practical, not confusing. Her goal is to help individuals and professionals move beyond guesswork by providing clear, evidence-based guidance that supports better training, improved performance, and long-term health.
